Do lic aao get performance incentives?
Frnds i wnt to share smtng.......looking at the papers of 2009 and 2011 it is for sure LIC dnt follow any particular trend....2009 question paper wasn't an easy nut to crack....even after gng thrgh the solution one hardly understands the logic in reasoning section...but in 2011 it was just a cakewalk....though the exm gt cncld bt stll re exam paper was also very very easy as cmprd to 2009.....rest 3 sectns in 2009 were more or less smlr to that of cgl level.....but in 2011 the 3 sections were of clerk level.......so its really hrd to predict wt knd of level this time would be unless which is the test cndcting agency.

Previous years cut-off were high i.e 60% approx , but that was because of no -ve marking....
but this time they hav -ve marking, so surely cuttoff won't be that much high I guess...🍻
Is there descriptive paper too this time or only 2 hr exam?
Can anybody plz tell whether this time the test is cndcted by ibps or any other body.......
