Come on man. 17000 is basic. You'll get DA (80% of basic), HRA, TA, medical etc. Total will be around 35000. On top of it, you get petrol and mess allowances. Salary under revision now & will increase much more by the time you join.

Deal breaker nahi rawat bhai kitne hi kaam karne ko taiyaar hongey agar itni bhi salary milti hai agar job sarkari hai to and as true warrior said ki this will be ( if selected) ur basic, ur in hand salary will be around 33000 plus in A Class city

Also following are the cut offs of 2010 recruitment of AAO in LIC

Paper 1

Section- I : Reasoning Max Marks 60 Gen/OBC - 36 SC/ST/PH - 30

Section- II : Numerical Ability - Max Marks 30 Gen/OBC - 18 SC/ST/PH - 15

Section- III : GK & Current Affairs - Max Marks 20 Gen/OBC - 12 SC/ST/PH - 10

Section- IV : English - Max Marks 30 Gen/OBC - 18 SC/ST/PH - 15

Paper 2

Descriptive - Max Marks 50 Gen/OBC - 25 SC/ST/PH - 20

ha bhai is liya may nay puuch hai ki cut off hai ki max hai marks hai ek place per us nay sectional cutofff likha hai aur ek place per max marks

@TONYMBA Its same like SBI PO form...need to fill up in 20 mins..its just that we need to mention graduation marks and percentage where in in SBI we just had percentage to enter..
But more or less quite simple and self explanatory:)

sweetshweta84: In the online form is there any option to fill CGPA/DGPA of graduation..since in my university we were not awarded marks..just the grades.
