Hi Guys....I found someone in this forum talking abt 'target oriented' work profile for this work role...It's not true...and even if it's remotely related to work role on some of the positions in career, dont confuse it with usual 'target driven' painful work role of pvt marketing jobs....
In nutshell, work-life balance is much better here. and, if I am not wrong, this is primary reason for many guys wrking in pvt sectr lukin fr change...
Scoring high in any exam is d key....as it takes care of interview score (in case ur intrview doesnt go in d best fashion)...as both scores r added...
What is ECO/SSCRO?
Please tell from where i can get the previous year papers???
do u really knw deprtmental structure of d organisation? and if u knw that, then u got to agree that except mktg nowhere else is 'target' - directly or indirectly...
However, if u wanna stretch the meaning of 'target' then every job on this planet has some targets.... :-p
By d way...it seems u r already wrking as aao...is that so? :-)
