Frenz I have filled another grievance and plz u also do the same , it was all about tentatiVe date and they declared nothing about it .
SUBJECT: DELAY IN LIC AAO 2016 RESULTS

I got a response today 11 July that :We would like to put on record that the process of declaration of results of AAO (Generalist) -29th is going on. The list of successful candidates will be displayed on our website under career. Moreover, all the interviewed candidates will be receiving intimation through e-mail. This response is more or less similar to HR people previous responses as they used to say 8 days; then they switch to 15 days;on some lucky days we are told that keep checking your mail as the result is on ED's desk and he will be giving it to the IT dept soon to upload
fact is Dopt deadline has already ended on 05/07/2016 so The only need of time is prospective date on which results will be declared.
U have not given any idea about that in the grievance this is what I have asked and nothing was there in your response about it . Plz do look into the matter and provide us a tentative date.

where is it written that the recruitment should complete within 6 months or is it some superficial rule which we have created in our minds and have gone so far with it that we have mentioned it in our grievance and one of us have gone too far to mention the name of DoPT also
the 6 month deadline is given by DoPT to its departments in central govt. and not for institutions like LIC
first of all the DoPT is concerned with the recruitment of central govt. employees and their promotions and all, it has limited work to do with banks, insurance companies and PSUs etc.
also any recruitment done by UPSC/SSC always takes more than 6 months, and the civil services exam takes around 11 months
seriously I have not found any such rule although I tried to searching it, if anyone finds please enlighten me or please don't mention it in your grievances because the person reading your grievance knows the rules
