First week of July bhi chala gaya.... Akhir kab tak intezar ki ghadi chalte rahegi...?? Mai LIC DO INDORE ke personnel department me gaya tha ye soch k kuch info milega results k bare me... Waha k log to mujhe ye bole ki.... "AAO results ka aur hamara kuch lena dena nei hai...ham to bas new employees ki training khatam hone k bad jinki posting indore me hoti hai un logo ko handle krte hai..." But Fir b unhone mera contact number le liya hai... Aur bola hai ki koi b info unko milti hai to wo batayenge... But mujhe unse ummeed nei hai... Ab bas ek hi option hai - "INTEZAR KARO" #frustratinglicaaoresults LIC, agar tera mera koi connection hai.. to is bar jb bhi result aayega, usme mera naam jarur hoga... #UMMEED

Result will be in mid August probably they don't want to change the trend , Bcoz contracts , tenders for catering and mess are given prior to that they are working like typical Govt organisation and training must be in October prepare for other exams else it will waste that also ......

Though LIC was fast enough to conclude the written; written results and interview by 14 MAY 2016, it has now gone into sleep mode. The written results were declared within 20 days of the exam day.But for the interview results it is now close to 60 days or 2 months. There is no concrete response from the LIC HR offices;Sometimes they say 8 days; then they switch to 15 days;on some lucky days we are told that keep checking your mail as the result is on ED's desk and he will be giving it to the IT dept soon to upload.There is utter chaos and inefficiency. There is also personal financial loss due to bonds, to some students who will be joining or have joined other government organisations like Banks,etc. Dopt deadline is also going to an end on 05/07/2016 Atleast we deserve a prospective date on which results will be declared.
