Past 17-18 days had been extremely disturbing n anxious for me n for many like me..now I know why everyone gets soo damn lethargic aftr joining this orgn.. I hope some high rank official reads this post.... joining se pehle itna torture karoge toh join karne ke baad sab time pas hi karenge na??.. Dare you hire me LIC hr, and I will make sure that I'm the biggest pain in LIC hr's *SS throughout my career!!!

Guys last yr Jo j&k and ne ki Jo aao ki recruitment hui thi unki training 5 Oct s start hui thi.....aur aao ki training ztc gurgaon and ztc Bangalore mai hoti h aur 9 month ki hoti h....agar 5 Oct s count kare 9 month den 5 July ko complete ho rahi h...matlab phr naye badge k lye khali ho jayega.....niche kisi ki post p kisi n comment kiya tha ki 25 July s training hogi agar uski bat sahi h to 25 June ya uske around result a jayega within this month ya phr agar training August k 1st week s start h to July k 1st week mai result pakka a jayega.....wat u say guyz is it possible?.....

Firends..In my batch everyone was expecting 270+.
Interview was fair good in my region.
any one can get 40 - 45 in the interview with gud knowledge.. Tat is equal to 310- 315.
Also normalisation may also increase our written marks.
