Guys ... Just met Mr. S.K.ROY nd asked him about the delay in results ... He told that u people have performed exceptionally well this year .. It is getting very difficult for our HR department to decide a suitable cutoff .. if they will keep the cutoff above 300 ... then the candidates will keep abusing nd criticising the LIC recruitment process through various sites ... or there is the possibility that next time they will call to the department and abuse our employees ... He also added that to come to a conclusion about the cutoffs he has talked to the ACTUARIAL department of LIC .. those people are helping the HR department in their work ... So as soon as they succeed in keeping the cutoff below 300 .. they will publish the result on the official website of LIC , So just chill ... they r working for our benefit

I Also met SK Roy. He told that results are stored in his pen drive. He is not allowed to insert any where because it has virus
Agar 8 days more bta rahe hain lic wale to I think result will be declared on 15th June.. So puys why we are wasting our time here.. Utilize our precious time in other exams or in any other work where we can gain something.. Lic ka interview 14-15 ko last tha to exact one month baad Vo result publish karenge .. So its a request to all my dear friends Ab 13 June ko hi post karna start karo us se pehle ni taki uiicl ka exam bhi ho jaye.. All the best to all puys..

Dnt wait for result friends. Cut off for general is 313. They have created the pdf. I dnt know abt other category cut off. Its real source which I heard from LIC mumbai hr panel..my friends father said to me. Dnt waste time by expecting it,

@Susheel_Ragade ---this man Susheel Ragade removes all the posts on his page which advise students not to take coaching, so that people fall into his trap. I saw a post on his facebook page on which people had advised not to take coaching to a new aspirant. Guess what? He removed the post within an hour. He is a coward who is absolutely insecure about his profession and thinks that people may become averse to his coaching classes if he is exposed.
If that..guy..is saying..someone..named..Reddy...he might have said the topper guy would have scored 313..seeing dat..if around 350 candidates are to be selected in General the Cut off will be..280 to 285..bcoz its simple...if we start from top whic is 313..dat is for rank holder.1..so..in between..313..and..285 marks..there will be 350 candidates...what u say guys..

When i said about salary and perks
He said (2yrs already in bank)
You will spend first 15-20 yrs working as officer only and i will be on manager after 1-2 year (3-4 in our case)so u you know whose perks and salary will be high it is just for first 2-3 yr
About work load and timings
To which he said the major diff in work load is in lower level as you grow in 3-4 yr work diff will reduce but timings is a diff that will remain for 7-8 yrs but u know it u wil learn alot in these 3-4 yr
He also said u will hav opportunity to do mba from gud colg and jump few level up but in insurance u cant do much with it
About location
He said it is indeed better for initial yrs but it depends on luck
