about your interview performance ....some thinking acha gya some thinking awesome some saying average nd some think very bad ...let me know you the criteria behind they choose candidate .....main points they follow
1. whether the candidate stay with lic till retirement
2. overall knowledge of a person
3. knowledge of educatnl background and how u tackle their situAtional questions
4. how keen you show and convince them to work with lic
5. convince them why u left job ... there must b serious reason no bluff they tolerate .us time head hilaenge baad m pen chalaenge...if u leaving govt. job and u written in bio data form ...then it can backfire u .....fir chahe interview kaisa b ho
6 gap in education more than 3-4 year gap with good knowledge they think the person preparing for upsc or other exams nd lic is his/her backup
7. person age above 28 posses fair chances of getting good marks with average interview ..
1 myth student think ki answer km die worst interview m fail ho jaunga but he said sometimes aisa b hota h km answer dene vale ko ache marks lge nd maximum answer dene vale ko km marks
he also said maximum ko 30-40 k beech m milenge nd 20% ko 40+
nd 1-2% fail b ho skte .....
source: uncle took interview of lic ado last year ........nd he said approch lgti h but 5% vo b unki jinka link ZM,MD,CHAIRMAN se ho even SDM ki approach b ni chlti unless intrview panel vala janta ho kisi ko nd difference sirf 4-5 hota agr approach lge itne bde level pe even vo uncle meri approach b ni lga pae hahahahahaha ......vo DM retire hue h

Raat din Ab to lagta hai ki ek hi kaam reh gaya hai lic ka result dekhne ka.. Pta bhi hai ki 10-11 ke baad hi result aayega but fir bhi har 1 hour mein pagalguy open karni padti hai.. Dil hai ki maanta nahi.... Aisa lagta hai ki lic walo ko maja aa raha hai Hume tadpane mein..
