Guys anyone finished with interview plzzz share ur experience
First documents were verified and then taken to separate hall There were 8 units to conduct interviews Each unit has 2 senior most officers Each interview lasts for 15-20 mins I entered room Me: May I come in sir Kb: yes Then: They has bio-data form with them Then they said my name Percentage n graduation degree I said yes to all Questions began- Q-You completed engg with so n so degree n why you came to dis sector ? Me - I answered---------- Q - your father is a banker he used to discuss anything in home regarding banking sector ? Me--- I answered ( meanwhile I used NPA word here) Q - Then What is your work if your appointed as clerk. Me - I follow the orders as given for me by my superior. Q by other officer 2- You know NPA ? Me - NPA stand for non performing asset That is the interest n principal overdue over a period of 90 days and this definition varies with respect to loan given under agriculture sector . Q by other officer 2-what bank would do if they can't be able to recover the same ? Me--- I said govt is planning to make bad bank called public asset rehabilitation agency Reply by other officer 2 - ok fine ..good Is there any acts which helps bank ? Me -- yes sir SARFAESI act which is amended recently by govt which is inline with bank sector Q by other officer -you know full form of SARFAESI act ? Me yes sir -- Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 Which is amended recently in 2017. Then they stopped here Last question - you are ready to join clerical post in mentioned 3 states? me - yes sir Karnataka bank has good bank records I seek growth in this bank and hence I VL join without any other second thought Finally They said thank you You may go now........ Advice -- It depends on you which questions to ask I just used word NPA N flow went on Don't just tell ANY random banking terms without being aware They ask simple questions.. All d very best guys... Do well.. Spl best of luck for North Indians who travel so long for interview..... Real interview went for 15-20 min Interview time given is 1:15 n I came out at 4:00pm So keep 3-4 hrs as total time from the aforesaid mentioned time n book tickets accordingly

My interview is at 8.30am At 8.20am i reached the venue while entering you have to show interview letter to security he will give table number for verification and the in audotorium hall at 4rth floor verication process takes place we have sit at our table number, At verification i forget bring bring my passing certificate and convocation and all other document verified they written not recieved passing and convocation allowed me for interview After entering inteview panel M1- introduce yourself M1- you are from msc why you are joining bank M1-your place is famous for? M2- what is banking? M2- tell me types of accounts? M2- what are the documents needed to open account? M2- what is RBI? Thats it all the best guys Dont forget to bring documents like passing certificate and convocation Those who are waiting for final semester marks card are also allowed thank you
