Hey..I got selected for isro.currently i am doing my masters from iit.I did not get any official mail from isro about selection.can i drop from masters trusting the displayed  list or should i wait for final letter.

Why ISRO declares waiting list, double the number of selected candidates, that too with panel valudity of 1 year. Do they have any extra vacancies or it is just based on selected people not joining ISRO..?
