I am very much interested in joining IRMA.Wud appreciate if u enlightened

1. how different is the enterence test is from CAT?
2.wat does they like to see in the IRMA aspirant ?
3. How to prepare for the GK section?
4.wat do v expeect in the Institute and how much does it fulfills the promise?

Nice to see people on this thread again after a long time.Join the club dude..me trying for IRMA again.Had given it a try last year...GK killed me.So maybe my exp. can be of some use to you.As for your query,its very similar to CAT in quant,di and verbal.Infact easier than CAT.But the key is GK.All the best.

when it comes to G.K what must we read. I have seen some previous posts on topics like micro finance. Is it like we need to go deeper into topics related to agriculture and related subjects or just have an overview of all.
Yes,GK section holds the key...is really a differentialting factor..
so please Seniors...give some gyan on where to prepare and how to?..
Also as IRMA doesn't declare %lie or score..the cutoffs are only guess and that too if there are sectional cutoffs or not is a not xactly known....

I guess for the GK most of the people would suggest economy issue by Pratyogita Darpan.It has most of the Gk part covered.Apart from that you could also look at yojana and Kurukshetra magzines.They are pretty good 2.And ofcourse the news papers.Basically have a keen eye on all rural info and projects by Govts in various states.

There are sectional cut offs for sure.You can look into their mandatory discolsures and you will find it.
