Received call nd mail for manager area operations..
I believe IPPB is verifying documents of finally selected candidates before giving offer and request for the missing documents. Why should they request documents from rejected candidates?. So I believe all those who received email are finally selected candidates. What's your opinion.
(For SCALE 2 AREA OPERATIONS ONLY) How many of us have got call from IPPB for any document submission and others not?

Guys, just chill out. Those who received mails are for just submitting doucments only. It doesnt mean anything about not selection of others. Segregating all doucments of every candidate is a mandate.
Once they receive the documents they will compile result. The question of why rejected candidates need to submit? answer- the result not yet compiled. Every candidate is crucial in recruitment process.
IPPB hired external agencies for recruitment process. It has financial impact too with respect to salaries for newly joined staff whereas operations are not yet scheduled (say Mar 18). So they will take candidates only few days before to launch. For Mar 18 a 06 months period is there. If they take the candidates early they need to pay salaries from the date of joining. So as and when need rises they are taking candidates. You can see corporate guys result was already published. I feel date of joining would be in Feb 18 prior to joining 3months notice period required. Therefore results would be before Dec 17(though i want it today, perhaps it can be any time between 27 sep to Mid Dec).
The flow will be like all succesful candidates documents to be collected result will be published based on number of candidates joining/ not joining will decide the staff to begin the operations. Because few selected candidates may not opt to join too. That time IPPB need to bring in the next candidate, so every candidate is crucial.
I can understand the anxiety for results, but its part of game. Only call is have patience for the D day. Hope for the best. Gud luck guys.

Abhi area sales k missing docs walo ko call aa raha hai..den next scale 1 walo ko ayga..den dey wil publish results..take 7 days for area sales, 10 days for scale one...3rd week k end tak aa jana chaiye result

Hlo friends. Today IPPB has given the advertisement for the recruitment of officers on deputation of psb .
I am working in a psb and passed the promotion exam from manager to sr manager on july 2017 but my promotion is still not effective because of queue of seniority list .
Whether am i eligible for scale IV in IPPB or I should apply for scale 3 ?
I had also applied for IPPB Sr. Manager and waiting for the result. Totally confused what to do ?
