Guys any update on offer letters to scale II
Today I called IPPB... They said offer letter will e uploaded tomorrow.
Hii guys let me tell u all some true facts... pls do n't blame me... but I want u ppl to get stick to right directions not imitation..Many people would be hoping to join IPPB in scale 2 or higher but it will be a complete waste of ur career if u r leaving psbs and pvt banks or other banks including rrbs for ippb.
1. In ur current organization u have ample of scopes to learn credit but in IPPB there will be no such scope in lifetime plus u ll not know enough things in deposits also as max deposit amt is Rs 1 lac. Bank means Advances and nothing else but if u do n't work advances then there is no value working in a bank for even 100 years. complete waste of energy n talent.
2. IPPB is a new bie not a full-fledged bank it will take long time to settle down as a payment bank itself which is no where in near future plus as per recent develpment if targets were not fulfilled it would be converted into a pvt bank.
3. As per recent developments there will be target in each n every prospects , if u cannot fulfill then u ll be forced to leave the organization without any second thought. Clearly it was written Area Sales and Area Operation which are field jobs hence job stress will be there inevitably.
4. Postal Department had undergone huge losses and to cover these losses IPPB was opened. India post deficit is widened to Rs 11700 crore this Feb 2017 and to mitigate this gap payment bank has just been opened.
Hence my suggestion is to stick to ur own bank do n't leave it under any circumstances for ur safeguard. Hope u ppl understood. P.S I have been selected for Area Operation scale 2 but I am not joining.
Will the next recruitment of scale 1 come this year or during the 1st quarter of next year?

Any news on offer letter for scale 1...anyone guys...
It's been one month to results but now news of offer letter ... Every time new excuse from IPPB. Now they stopped taking call.we need atleast 3 months for the notice period in our coMpanies. Really fedup with behaviour of IPPB. I don't know whether I am taking correct decision of joining IPBB ?
