more few days to go scale 1 candidates.. .. feeling tensed.. although chances are less but still hoping for the best if not this then something better....WHATEVER THE ALMIGHT DOES , HE DOEST FOR THE BEST.

Ippb वालो ने candidates को shock dene ka man bana liya hai. Isliye scale 2 &3 ki selection me 1sal lag gya. Aur result aya to sirf 329 candidates ka. Aur yaha waiting list ka criteria bhi hai ya nhi pata nhi chal rha.
any idea about service bond?? is there any bond or 3 months notice is enough?
After the declaration of scale 2 and 3 results, condition of scale 1 people is well explained by SRK's dialogue from DDLJ...
"Ek aisi ladki (IPPB job) jise dekhte hi dil ki har aarjoo, saare khwaab, saare rang zinda ho jaaye, abhi aisa hua nahi hai...... lekin ab lagta h (after declaration of results of scale 2 and 3) jese koi andekha anjaana chehra baadlon me se pukaar raha h.... 🙈 pata nahi ye badal kab hatenge (still waiting) aur wo pukaarne wali saamne aayegi.." 😂 😂
i just read the heading of this group as IPPB 2016 and realised that v r heading into 2018... i mean dude WTF.... !!
Will they publish results for the left out 20+ candidates for scale 2 operations?

Please refer to Draft Guidelines for Licensing of Payments Banks and Small Banks issued by RBI on 17 July 2014. Link-https://rbi.org.in/scripts/BS_PressReleaseDisplay.aspx?prid=31646. It says as following-
" The minimum paid up capital requirement of both payments banks and small banks is kept at Rs. 100 crore, of which the promoters’ initial minimum contribution will be at least 40 per cent, to be locked in for a period of five years. Shareholding of the promoters should be brought down to 40 per cent within three years, 30 per cent within a period of 10 years, and to 26 per cent within 12 years from the date of commencement of business of the bank. "
Does this mean that IPPB will lose its PSU status as shareholding of India Post(Promoter) will come down to 40% and keep on reducing after subsequent years.Kindly Advise.
