I had a bad dream today .. IPPB results were announced and they were not displaying the marks and wen we check the result there will be an audio clip telling that ur interw marks were good but due to some less marks in written exam u could not be selected .. It was heartbreaking and at the same time frustrating .. I was thinking everything is happening in real .. they r doin a big scam.. they r not even telling final marks n rejecting .. n we all were protesting n breaking chairs n furnitures .. started headache n when i woke up it was a dream .. Phewwww....... this sucks .. :(
I am currently working as a scale 1 in a Rrb... Got scale 2 in different Rrb in last ibps rrb recruitment... In few days that rrb will start their joining formalities... I also appeared ippb area operation interview on last 12july.... My problem is that rrb requires us to sign a bond of 2lacs for joining as scale 2... I m in dilemma what to do... My first choice is ippb then rrb scale 2 then my present rrb scale 1 (where i m working for last 5 years) ...if i join rrb scale 2 then i cant join ippb .... If i dont join scale 2 rrb and wait for ippb result and then if i get selected in ippb then its fine, if not i will be back to square 1, that is scale 1 where i m presently working.... In such situation what can be best decision...? Plz share ur views on this....
I saw few guys' interview marks when I went to give mine. I accidentally glanced at the marks when one interviewer was writing down the marks for the previous candidate. The marksheet has 6 columns, 5 for each interviewer and one for total. I was shocked when I saw that only one guy got 66/100, six guys on that page got 20- 25/100. The guy before me who said that he had a good interview got 31. Message was clear: they're only looking for people who can fit their profile , and failing the rest.
