Been there done that.. Interview over .. The Panel was amicable, there was one female and 4 males .. Most of the questions asked were situational like how you will do financial inclusion through IPPB ? people want loans but we don't provide it so how you will include them ? How you will control your area ? We don't have any mobile app while PSBs have so how we can digitalize ? One facility provided by IPPB but not PSBs ? GA :- Inflation, Deflation, Digital Wallets .. ALL THE BEST

Why payments banks are necessary as many rural banks are operating ?
In an interview for scale1, remember that interviewer wants to see if you perform below points, so prepare accordingly
- Assistant Branch Managers at India Post Payments Banks are responsible for the smooth running of their assigned branch every day. They’re supposed to manage the day to day operations
- They need to ensure the bank is running as per the rules and regulations set by the RBI and steer clear of any kind of violation of the regulations
- They are in charge of sales of the third party products such as mutual funds and insurance and ensure profitability without offering loans
- The Assistant Managers also need to coordinate the various customer service points and with the business correspondents
- They need to assist the Bank Manager to prepare audit reports periodically

Done with d interview.... there were 4 in the panel.. 1 lady.. basically questions were related to payments banks... I was asked personal questions ... why left job of BOI clerk... how will manage with baby... how will convince family for late working... rural people dealing.... approx 15-20 minutes... all d best puys who r yet to face the panel
