Hi all...I am a working professional and will have a total work experience of 26 months in KPMG by July 2016. I was planning to take a break and quit my job to prepare for CAT 2016.
I wanted to know if it would be the right choice to quit the firm and prepare for CAT. I am a non engineer and have done my bachelors from NM. Please advise??
Talking about profile - 82.33 in 10th. 71.40 in 12th. 60.07 in graduation. By the way I Â graduated in Journalism that too in 2012. I worked as a content editor in an online portal for 5 months. Then worked as a Public Relations Executive for like 2 years. I had a surgery then and decided to change my career. Prepared for CAT. Got like 85.45 with Quant only 63.89 :(.Â
I do watch a lot of movies from every part of the world and every language. Intrested in theatre too.. was working as an actor and have done performances all over the country .

2. A Hifi 4 Way Sound system
(SPL 90 db at 1.5 meters @70% volume)
and sync lights to music.
3. Developed a circuit for BPM lights.
The lights glow on the speed of the beats.
I have cleared GATE (91%ile) and preparing for IES.

Hi Everyone, I've read quite a few introductions and I get a feeling of being an odd one out here. I belong to the General Category and completed my 10th in 2005 from ICSE with 54%, 12th from WBCHSE with 47%, BCA from SMU (Distance Learning) with 69%. I have more than 7 years of experience in IT'es and since I was at the customer facing level I had to leave the job because of my TMJ issue.Â
I sat for the MAT (Feb 2016) and it was nothing less than a disaster and most of you could easily understand the reason behind it looking at my academic background. Guys, I want to give CAT 2016 a shot and since I am not working anywhere I can put in all my effort into it.Â
Please don't consider me to be the opposite of eternal optimist but I am practical when I say that I put myself in the bracket of poor student with no base. I'd be happy to get your suggestions on strategies, starting out and your valuable points based on my profile.Â
I wanted to share one of my interview experience with you. In 2012 I got through CAT and had given many interviews. In every interview I faced, I shared an idea with interview panelists. The idea was simple that I will distribute freebies to people through E-Commerce portal. I got thrashed in every interview asking for the sustainability, I tried to convince them but all in vain. Finally I have successfully implemented that freebie model which every one thrashed few years back. so please believe in yourself and your idea ! Never give up!!
I hv googled bt couldn't found,how many catagory student appear in Cat an Avg? & Topper (Catagory) Percentile & Score are the same as Gen Catagory like 100%?
