I'm new here. I have a masters in IE from a univ in the US, four years work ex, I have always wanted an MBA, so i thought I should give it a shot this year.
I have a clear idea of weak areas etc. I have a schedule of study. I'm preparing for GMAT on my own. I'm wondering about two things if anyone cares to pitch their two cents
I need mock tests
1. Should I buy them? If so, which one? Kaplan, Manhattan, Princeton - its confusing.
2. Is there a sticky somewhere that talks of the available free mocks?

I'm Debashis, I did Btech in Electrical Engg and have 6+ years of IT experience in Retail supply chain, Pharmacy and Auto insurance projects. I am currently working for Indian IT company.
I'm looking to do PGPX from top Indian B School. In my opinion with 6+ years of experience it would be unwise to do a 2 year full time MBA. At this point of time I feel the need of management degree which could give me opportunity explore new industries and better career path.
I would like all community members expertise to guide me and also answer below questions.
1. I'm currently staying Bangalore. Where can I get good study materials. Do I need to attend coaching center.(Suggest good coaching center if yes)
2. I believe only GMAT score is accepted for PGPX in top B Schools. Correct me if I'm wrong.
3. I have never traveled abroad, but I have personally interacted with many senior leaders from US. Is it mandatory to have international work experience for IIMs.
Any other suggestions and guidance will be really helpful.

I am a B.Tech Graduate - 2011 Pass out.I have been working in a logistics firm as an asst. manager - 2011 to date.
I need some guidance as I feel it is important to now do an M.B.A for a good graph in career. Since I got married a few months back, I want to do the same in Bangalore preferably or Delhi.
Can anyone suggest me on how to go about. How much importance does an executive MBA hold or should I study again and go for a full time MBA.
Another fix is whether i should continue in logistics and do MBA in SCM from a good college or shoud I take up some other course and start from scratch. But would that be a bad move??
