hello people,i know i'm a bit too late for this but i'm in a fix 😟,please help me out....i'm unable to make up my mind to appear for CAT this year. I'd started my preparations only in june and haven't been able to cover even 25% of the syllabus;number system,percentage and profit and loss are the only topics in q.a i'm through with (however,i'm still not quite comfortable with number system problems)....apart from this a bit of r.c and v.a is all i have to try to bell the CAT this year!!!Most of the people still advise me to go for it to get a "feel" but don't you think getting a decent score in the first attempt is equally essential (which seems a distant dream in my case)??Please let me know what you guys think;your suggestions are priceless....i'll be waiting!!!!!!

I am Savyguy (sorry but I liked this name more than my original name:)). I work in the Finance domain namely- Investment Banking, Derivatives etc; my work is a confluence of concepts underpinning software and finance. I do business analysis as well too. I intend to attempt the GMAT and had commenced preparation. I reside in Hyderabad so if anyone else with similar interests (preparing for GMAT, living in Hyderabad) we can probably catch up and collaboratively work towards acing the GMAT.
