XISS Ranchi is known for its HR specialization , finance there is not at all great.

Its a difficult choice ... i wud suggest you to go fo another attempt if you have the patience, else both the colleges have their problems. You can choose depending on your preference such as location.
I can see ranchi is your location. so, XISS would be better IMO.

Why on PG? - Wanted to do MBA (Systems) at some point, and now it has been sowed by my mentor and Deloitte offers graduate assistance for higher studies!! Time cannot get any better - So coming to why PG - simple, referred by a friend a fellow PG!
Specifically looking for what on PG? network with fellow boat mates, knowledge gathering and knowledge sharing!!!
Aim for next one year? keep it simple, first stop CAT 2013!!

This is Khushbu, i am into everything (almost) yet looking to be a part of almost everything :-). Well, am an mba though it doesnt matter. I am working with a merchandising firm, i have had all the experience from being into sports to being the cultural head for my college to dance to being a part of an awaara grp of my college, going to take some exposure of family business which is advertising, being a part of media planning, moving on to free lancing as a graphic designer, getting into a company which is into merchandising and lots more. Ohhhhhhh, not to forget but keeping my hobby of cooking intact, and yaa got married in jan (2012).
Now also keeping ma dream on of having a restaurant. i got all exposure and experience to d so. Looking for some financial help 😉 ... dis is not a joke, i seriously am looking for 1.

just have a good reason why part time......... rest it may workout to be your advantage man....... u r already an officer ....... you will have an edge in the interviews

no i know NMIS needs full time but not all man....... not the iims......
64 % in 12th....... with top score ......expect all calls except IIM shillong ....... rest all cool man
in btw .......check out individual websites of all schools u interested in and see their admission policy for more clearity.... this will really help u....

get some previous years papers.......start solving them,...... goto test funda and give real time mocks.....
and the biggest nd main thing - JOIN SOME GOOD TEST SERIES AND GIVE AS MANY MOCKS AS POSSIBLE.....REMEMBER .... AS MANY AS POSSIBLE
