i am obc candidate & my class 10th & 12th percentages are 72.6 & 77.0 res. frm bihar board.
i want to know from seniors is it possile to get a seat in prestigios IIM-ABC with above profile. my b.tech pointer is 8+.

CAT these days is a complete lottery. So I can't take a risk. Moreover as I have already waited for 1 year & now getting a job will also be difficult as it would be extremely difficult to convince the panel why I opted not to work for 1 year.

I decide to prepare for MBA entrance test and this will be my first attempt for CAT.
I am not able to decide which institute i join for the coaching ?
Can anybody guide me whether i join byjus classes or TIME, CL or IMS???
I am very weak in VA. :-(

In my opinion, you do stand a chance of getting calls from ABC if you score well.

Suggest to go for CL if you feel that you need lot of improvement in VA.

Hi Puys,

I am Santosh,B.Tech 2008 pass-out.I am an IT professional with around 3.5 yrs of exp.
I have decided to give CAT this year,my first time!!

So,snr/exp'd folks around here,I m lukin for some advice/guidance frm u on preparation.
Just collected TIME '11 material from some friend.So basically to get started where do I begin?!.Pls share some useful tips.

P.S: Not much idea on the pattern or the sections,so the confusion which topics(Math/Verbal) to study,concepts to focus on,time etc..

In my opinion you should attend Byju's classes.....significantly better teaching methods....u can attend a demo class before deciding on joining !

i have attend his demo class today.. his method of solving ques is diff and innovative... bt i face few basic problems there. like.. sound quality of there set up was not good and clear.. i hardly understand any of his words. only thing i was getying is his ques on board.. also he is offering only one day class of four hours.. but TIME institute delhi is offering two days classes of 4-4 hrs... seniors plz guide me..
