I had only 2 passions in life Cricket n Acting.....but when i joined college ...i came to know that i had good communication skills and i mix up well wid people of all kind.....i ws made d event manager for I.S.T.E. community in my college n also d Event Manager fr d Tech-Fest of my college..dat's where i realised that when given responsibility i gain a lot of will power n determination to make things a success......and that's where i realised I cn manage things well .....but life after college has become very dull.....currently m workin in TCS Chennai, and honestly speaking I don't like dis job at all....i want to do smthing which hs mobility ...I aspire of becoming an H.R......but the ultimate dream of my life is to open an orphanage n do some social work.....

At last I have taken the first step by initiating and registering an account here.
Dear all, as far about me is concerned I am a working mechanical engineer in production dept with an experience of over 6.5 years.I did my engg from an average engineering college,though lucky enough to work with renowned automobile companies in India.Currently I am working with an automobile major MNC in chennai.
Work profile seems so monotonous.Though package is good enough but want to change my profile and move for MBA in india or abroad.Exec MBA with this exp seems to be a perfect option.
Kindly guide which exam prep (CAT or GMAT) shall i plan as not in touch with studies after passing out.Kinldy also guide on how to proceed with the prep.
Looking fwd for your valuable advise.

MBA 2012- session starts with CAT (oct-nov 2012) , IIFT(nov) , NMAT(nov-dec), SNAP( Dec ), XAT( Jan 2013) followed by CMAT/MAT (Feb) amd Mah-CET .. Simply google up each one
2)No do not go for IILM ! Work hard for CAT/XAT/MAT , apply to select business-schools you are interested in , attend and convert .It will be worth , rather than wasting your hard-earned money this way

There are high chances that MAH-CET won't be conducted for 2012...
CMAT exam will be considered for admissions of MAH colleges..:|
