Have got around 3.5 years of overall work experience.
Have worked with Tech Mahindra for 3.3 years as a Process Designer for British Telecommincations (Openreach LOB).
Since November 2011, I am with Infosys Technologies Limited as Associate Consultant.
Since the inception of my career, I am into Business Process Management area. So all the time I was/am surrounded by MBA guys using various management jargons.
It's good to learn things from colleagues but now I too am feeling the need of MBA in order to progress further along the career path of Consultancy that I am into.
I do not want to go for full time MBA, nor do I have the motivation to spend six months/year for CAT preparation as I have not appeared for CAT till date.
Neither do I want to leave the job for 2 years of full time MBA.
Thus the option I have is Executive MBA, I am ready to give my weekends to learn something useful...;)
I am here to find out good Executive MBA options in Pune.
Would like to have review on SIBM and SCIT institutes for weekend batches of Executive MBA.
Eagerly waiting for help for all PaGaLGuYs (mad about MBA for sure... ;))

I would like to take the opportunity to introduce to you all the college I'am doing my Post Graduation from. Its GD Goenka World Institute, located near Sohna , Gurgaon. The college is very well constructed. With huge parks and ample greenery, it provides to everyone the world class facilities. The faculty appointed is equally competent to any other reputed B- School. They are very helpful. CRC here is again very much better than i would say any other best of the colleges present around the city. They have taken initiatives which no other college even thinks of doing.
In order to make the students competent enough, several Competency building labs were conducted which would give students a feel of what they might face in real interviews. Written tests, mock group discussions, mock interviews were conducted so as to let know the students where they lack and where they have to improve upon. Once this session is completed, the CRC people review the individual results and prepare a feedback for all the students. This itself involves a lot of dedication and commitment which I must say was never missing from them.
Talking about the placements now which almost everyone looks into before selecting a college,l would say that they were just too good. In this time of conditions where there's hardly companies recruiting , CRC here has managed to get its almost 90-95% of the PG students in reputed companies at considerably very good package. The average package for the session 2010-2012 is somewhere around 5.5 Lacs. And this is not all, the placements are still on and the students are given choices to select the companies.
In the end i would say to anyone and everyone who is seeking a college to pursue PGDBM, GD Goenka is the best, be it in infrastructure, competency of the faculties or the CRC department.
