Guys I have one question,
As such I have no experience with any MNC, and I have passed out in 2008, I will give CAT 2012, This is my first and last attempt, and I want to Make it to IIM's,, Is 10 months prep enough for selections into IIM's,, and will my no experience with any MNC put a negative impact for my selections into IIM's,,

HI Puys - I am Bharadwaj and new to Pagal guy, the reason i came here is to get some help regarding my admissions. I am a Bsc Biotech grad with a 70% and working with an IT company for almost 3 years now. I gave my XAT this time (without actually preapring for it) and scored 68 percentile, do you think there is a chance i could get into a decent business school? Please help me out. I have not applied for any colleges till now but got a call from a few B-schools like ITM. Is it good to apply and join? Please let me know to which colleges i may apply.

Since you are a BE, 10 months is more than enough to prepare for CAT. As long as you are able to justify why you are doing business, u should not bother about any negative impact.
