No. It gives you lot of insight in how the business or industry functions. In fact if faculty and students are well motivated, any qualification adds to your knowledge. But when you apply for new job or change your job how will they know your intrinsic capabilities. So they have no choice but to depend heavily on your qualifications. My primary suggestion was for learning business through MBA / PGDM or any other equivalent the process is efficient and effective if you have some experience. That is also true for other post graduations.
