i m nt being able to fill the academic detail of SCMHRD(pune)
actually i am from calcutta university and i dnt knw how to write my marks..
and they r asking for the individual marks of the 3yrs of college..i m from b.com. (hons)and we have 2 subjects of hons and 4 pass in 1st yr 2 hons and 4 pass in 2nd yr and 4hons in 3rd yr..while calculating our aggrgate marks we used to consider only our hons marks..but i m a little confused because if i do the same in the scmhrd form only 2 subjects wont it be too less subjects..please help..just because of this section and the open ended question i m delaying in submitting form..please also tell me what to write in the open ended questions..i will be obliged..

During my NCC i did Night watching, para-ceiling , Marathan, etc, I like to be fit & fine,,as i suppose confident & fresh mind live in fit body, & this help to be concentrate in my work, I am creative & always trying to solve any query with new ideas,
My weakness is my anger,, & i am going to control it with meditation technique,& another weakness is that usually whatever in my mind it comes through my tongue, & in today's professional world may be it is not positive, although these are weaknesses as well as my strength, as Its reflect my character, & in this regard always trying to utilize them in positive sense,,,,

look bro u cant expect anything. there's normalisation so it wud be too early to say anything. it depends on ur slot also. n also dere was no mention of marks/-ve marks that each que carry. stay hopeful!!
