First thing-you will find reading ET or Hindu very boring if you feel you are reading them for the sake of any MBA exam.See it like this-anything you read adds to your knowledge. When you read ET,it helps you in many ways like-
1)Enhance your vocabulary and reading skills. You would find many new words spread across the length and breadth of the newspaper. Also, after sometime, you yourself would be able to see the improvement in your reading skills and vocabulary.

2)Enhance your knowledge of corporate world. You would learn what is happening in the business world.Amongst other things,it would help you prepare for GK of various MBA exams. You can always use the net to learn new concepts mentioned in the newspaper.

So,never read ET/Hindu just because someone suggested you to do so.Read it because it will broaden your sphere in various ways. All the best.

Hey guys!
I'm Anshuman.I live in New Delhi. Right now I'm in first year B.Sc. and I have set my eyes on MBA. I want to start early and work hard to get in a great institute. I've been lurking for a while here and the community is super awesome! really want to take advantage of your expertise and i hope you people will help me sail through.

I haven't really decided if I want to focus on CAT or GMAT alone. I want to do some more research before deciding upon something.

To keep myself sane, I play the piano and hit some rubber with my squash racquet!! Glad to be here.
