I m a student from Chennai who just got his 12th results.I aspire to do PG in IIM-A,B or C
I m gonna pursue Electrical and Electronic Engineering in my own state for my under graduation.
I m not any of those students who are from the IITs or the BITS.
I am just gonna do my UG in a not-so-famous but a reputed and top-ranked institution of my state.
All I know now is that I must crack the CAT 2015 with the highest percentile and then clear the GD and PI to get into IIM-A,B or C and I also know that I have got what it takes to make it happen
You may ask me Y MBA? and in particular Y IIM-A,B or C? My reasons are simple.
I wanted to pursue my undergraduation in one of the IITs(best in India) but I could not coz of the lack of oppurtunities.
So naturally I wanna do atleast my PG in one of the Top IIMs(coz I have decided to do my PG in India itself) so that my dream of learning in one of the best institutions of our country comes true.
I also believe that the reason for the IITians and the BITSians getting the top percentiles in CAT with a short span of preparation is that they have been already well trained to crack the competitve exams before their undergraduation itself.
And naturally Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning somes quite easily to them.
That is why I feel that I would more time and preparation to equal the IITians and BITSians when I face CAT in 2015
I dunno what strategy I should adopt for my preparation for CAT 2015 from now on in these four years of my engineering. Plzzzzz help me with some of your tips

Concentrate on your B.Tech at first..do well in your graduation.Graduation marks also matter for your application ratings to IIMs
If you get enough time,start preparing for CAT and MBA..All puys at PG will surely help you

I am rocky25. Last night i finally figured out that i need to do a full-time MBA and then stumbled upon pagalguy.com...(nice mix of sane & insane).
I have done M.A in History from Hindu. Also done the odd computer courses (Multimedia not programming), for a time i was working in the computer industry as an e-learning consultant (just a fad word). Then left all that and concentrated on dad's business. Now it's finally wound up. Joined the site to get some insight into preparing for MBA. Targets FMS or IMT-GHB.
Also, i wanted inputs from you guys whether i with an arts degree ...which by now is ages old.... can make MBA work? And where should i start?
Would love to hear from all of you.
