2-3 years of Work Ex after that and now an amateur entrepreneur with my eyes on a B School.

Can you help me..i m preparing for this year CAT examination i will have +3 year of experience in Manufacturing presently m working in Voltas Ltd. M bothered about whether my poor Academics during +2 will have any effect during admissions in any of the college.
My Profile B.tech(69%)+ Xth(67%)+ XIIth(54%)+ Work ex.nxt year it wud be 4 years.
Will it have an effect. Kindly Suggest

I am Vijay. I had joined PG during my BIT days but was never active in this zone.
NOw after one year of mine Engineering days I realized that what I have missed.
