Most of the B-schools give HR specialisations/Full time HR.......But the best ones are HR programmes from XLRI,MDI,TISS,SCMHRD... For XLRI,da exam is XAT,for MDI,its CAT and for TISS,its own exam..for SCMHRD,its SNAP

I took CAT 2010 and scored 96.5 percentile.
Quant----- 74
DI -------- 88
Verbal ---- 99.4
I submitted my academic details for IIM-K :
10th --- 92%
12th --- 73%
Engg. -- 92%
But unfortunately the 10th percentage was considered as zero by IIM-K, I have no idea why. I mailed them about this but got no reply whatsoever.
Now I have resolved to try once again and get a better score in CAT 2011.
Hope to see you all around now onwards.

How their normalization of marks across boards was done is a mystery....U did not apply to other good colleges apart from IIMs???
@spectramind07: They did not normalize in my case. They somehow considered 92% as zero :-).
I was aiming only for IIMs, so did not apply anywhere else. This year I am planning to go for FMS and XLRI also along with CAT.
Myself shaifali chawla n i m straight forward girl, i m pursuing B.E. from Institute of Technology & Management with Information technology branch.I wanna do PG bcoz i want to get knowledge from everywhere means i ve interest in both fields like in technology(esp. in computer software) n even in management so i will complete my aim of getting knwledge from technology in this year n i ve 1 aim left n that is to get knwledge of mgmt therefore i m looking for PG and 1 more reason is more left behind looking for PG is that by doing MBA i can get more money n high position in comparision to others field,so this is my thinking.
My aim is to crack d CAT exam n want call from IIM-A.......

hi, now a there is a craze for mba among the students and some fake institutions and carrer counselling is is taking the opportunity of ti, making students and their parents fool. so my request to all of u pls beware about these fraud institutions. I have had a very bitter experience. Berware of divine foundation, Kolkata and the Rai group. they made a new institution in New delhi, name european management institute. They have a good building with all corporate facilities but no students, few faculties and no affiliation of aicte. they r affiliATED WITH EIILM UNIVERSITY which gives only distance degree, but at the time of admission they will tell u that it provides regular degree and if u enter there dont hope for placement.

Work Ex Background - Has 5 years of IT experience, like most other PGs, coding coding & all coding....my life itself has become a CoDE ! , trying to un-code it now ! 
Current Occupation - Working as SAP NetWeaver Consultant in MNC.
Why on PG? - What else reason could I quote other than..being with like minded guys, gr8 support & high morale of all PGs...
Specifically looking for what on PG? - looking out for all the inputs & support while preparing for GMAT exam.
Aim for next one year? - Appearing for GMAT & achieving 750+ to get admission in a good B-School w/o leaving my bottle of :drinking:
