Dear Smita,
If you have a natural inclination and aptitude for HR you should go for it. I had recently attended a talk by Leena Nairof HUL and it was a real eye opener on the same.

You arent silor\ed into HR only, rather you become more affable andd equipped for other departmments and verticals since all business deals with Human resources. If you are adept in handling and improving them then you will always be sought after by all businesses and corporates.AS of the B Schools in Mumbai, I would recommend Welingkar's and SHRM. I have met alumni from both, particularly the former one has some very good placements. Ofcourse no institute can guarantee 100% placement the way you want but I would yes friends from 2008-10 are well placed in mncs

hi.. i am sakit from Agra... i am interested in pursuing MBA... so just help me out guys in choosing the right institute to study.... have given MAT and have scored 87 percentile.... 😃

Hi Everyone!!!!
I'm a newbie over here so cud u all plz clear some of my doubts???
First of all my profile is:
Xth- 86 %
XIIth- 67 %
Currently in my final year Ind Biotech Engg course- 8.96 CGPA
I have been performing well in my acads and extra curricular with some national level titles.

I would like to know what are the options available for me after my engg in the field of finance.
I searched on net and got to know bout CFA, Bank PO, DBF 4m IIBF.
Please Pour in some info on what would be the best course (and the best available colleges for the same) for me as later i want to pursue MBA too.
Moreover i want to know details of HR (course, job prospects, etc....)
How about completing DBF while working in some company till i clear any bank PO exams. A work ex of 1 year there and then finally doing MBA.
Please suggest colleges in India and abroad....

I am Manish Tiwari, working with ABB ltd from last 3.5 years.
Education
SSC : 78.40%
HSC : 87.5%
BE (Mech) : 77.4% (VJTI - Mumbai), 2007 passout.
Work Ex : ABB Ltd.

Current Occupation : Workin as a marketing engineer.

Why on PG : Would like to get more connected with MBA world.

Specifically looking for what on PG : Informations related to GMAT.
Aim for next one year : Have planned for GMAT : April-11.
By the end of one year , will have confirmation from atleast one college.
