Hi everyone, this is Arinjoy Ghosh from Kolkata. I'm new to PG so i guess its best to introduce myself before anything else. I did my schooling from Don Bosco School, Kolkata and now am a 3rd year student of Power Engineering at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Regarding my targets and ambitions, I have a lot of them, which I hope to fulfil in this lifetime, the most immediate of which is cracking CAT 2011 and getting into one of the top-rung b-schools. As is evident, I'm a fresher with no work-ex whatsoever, but with a decent academic background. I heard from a couple of friends and a cousin that PG is the best place for MBA aspirants, and that is precisely why I'm here, to channelize my preparation in the right direction and to keep myself abreast with all the latest stuff in the world of MBA. More importantly, I do hope to make some good friends in the process as well. I guess that pretty much sums it all up. I might have been a little boring here by saying things that most newbie's say, but this is all I could muster in 10 minutes. Looking forward to lots of fun and info, this is Arinjoy saying a big thank you to PG and all the puys.
My profile:- (1) IIT Kharagpur 2004 passout B.Tech in E&ECE; (2) 6+ years of experience in IT/telecom industry - total of more than 1 year of international experience - mostly in South Korea. (3) GMAT (Nov 2010) - 710 (Q51, V34, AWA 5/6) (4) I'm here to discuss about the MBA applications to global universities.
Though I've been actively passive on PG for the last few years, I've always admired the forum and the participants.....
So, here goes my introduction... I'm Shalabh Kulshrestha, currently working as an analyst with Johnson & Johnson. I completed my MBA this year itself from BITS-Pilani and my base location is Mumbai. Here to keep in touch with like-minded people and make friends.
My passions are movies, music & masti :P
Would be more than gr8 pleasure if I could be of help to anyone.. Looking forward to being less passive & more active on pg...
