Have been following Puy for some time now.Just wrote my GMAT yde.Scored 700(QA-48 VA-37).Was on 2 minds whether to re-take the test.Have nearly 3 yrs of work-ex in IT.

12-66%
engnn-73%
decent extra co-curriculars..
In case, I want to apply for ISB, should I consider retaking GMAT?Alot of frenz advising me not to take it, suggesting its gud enough for a female applicant(does dat really matter) but not able to decide.Plz help.
