ibps po got 44 , failed
I need some suggestions.. i cleared ibps clerical waiting list yesterday and failed in ibps po 7.. but have idbi pgdf .. should i go for it?

Clerk ya idbi pgdbf? I am working in pnb since 3rd july 2017.gen and obc ka promotion hai 3 sal bad..sc st ka 2 sal bad.lekin actually it will take 4 yrs and 3 yrs respectively.kyuki tumhare exam ayega 8 month bad after u r eligible to be promoted.uske bad result interview posting.1 sal extra lag jaega in practical scenario. Salary wohi 20k Nd rural posting for sure if u r a boy.rural posting se transfer request dene k liye 2 sal ka intezar..uske bad vi aur 6 month to 1yr min...union ka kam he ye. Dekho vai bank me kam bohut hai...clerical hote hue vi dai 7 baj jate hai...mere branch ka po ka 8 baj jate hai aur manager jo ki scale 2 hai uska life insurance ppf loan bohut sara target hai aur usko galiya vi sunna parta hai...lekin job is secure. I strongly believe k sirf idbi ka halat kharab hai aur baki psb ka haal sandar hai aisa kuch vi nehi.kam to kam hota hai...target ayega aur na achieve karne se galiya milega...idbi mei jada hoga baki psb me kam hoga... So aram ka jindegi kahi pe vi nehi hai..humlog ka salary railway ka grp d ka saman hai...and banks consider clerks as labour..officer se unlog ka employee suru hota hai..thats why we have union and officers have association not union...sara facility po log ka aur humlog k liye ghanta...milta hai thora bohut..jaise humlog ka medical ka 2200 milta hai aur officer ka 8000 milta hai jab ki kam to more or less same hai...no lease facility for clerk...to 20k vi tumhara actual salary nehi hoga..usse kam hoga..agar 1000 rs ka ghar lena hai to waisi hi ghar milega.waise life style jine ka kya matlab... Ha lekin after u posted in ur hometown to tumhara jindegi acha ho jaega...lekin tabtak kya pata merger ho jai aur tumhara bank lead bank nehi hai..jaise ki baki sab bol raha hai k idbi will be privatised for sure...psb vi ho sakta hai idbi k bad... Mera ye kahena hai k if u want to be a banker idbi ho ya pnb ya ubi...bat ek hi hai ki kam karna parega if u want to excel in ur life..but ultimately what matter is ur salary and facility...jin log ka clerk me aur idbi mei dono jaga me job lage hai wo log think wisely ..think what u want to become in ur life..a kamchor union leader or ek banker..banker banna chahte ho to it doesnt matter idbi aur pnb aur ubi or any other.matter karte hai kya kam kar rahe ho aur job profile and salary obviously...idbi me raheke 10 sal ka experience leke bad me pvt me switch karke u can earn lakhs more than those po in psbs selected via ibps and home posting too joki psb me luckily milta hai officer cadre mei.if u want to be a banker.initial year har jaga tough hoga...so take decision wisely.
