Those who are giving suggestion to not join IDBI bank, kindly shut their mouth. If you people are thinking of less scope and lack of job security at IDBI bank ,you shouldn't join. Please don't let other aspirants demotivate by making such obnoxious posts. Either you people are genuinely reflect the image of IDBI or letting down others to not join the bank so as the waiting list may be selected.

selected guys.. don't disrespect your success by getting into such issues that ppl are talking here abt.. no one knws future and banks financial condition is temporary.. pnb after this scam has almost become bankrupt.. now ppl will say don't join pnb.. dena is in worse condition than idbi then don't join dena.. even canara and union are on the verge of pca.. and abt pvtztn if gov will decide it can sell stake in so call gov banks also bcz bjp is in majority.. they can easily pass a bill in both houses.. so if u guys are in a dire need of gov job go for ssc upsc not for banks.. in future there can be 5-6 big banks and m sure idbi will be one of them for industrial loans.. also gov has increased its capital in idbi not just for the sake of selling.. idbi was the first choice for a lot of ppl selected in ibps..and lastly u will have issues even if u work in rbi and u will find goods even if u work in idbi.. thanks... for those who are discouraging anothers let me tell u that there is still no bob no sbi po and no lic yet..i hope u all kw what i mean so thanks
Those who are talking about PRIVATISATION of IDBI and for them the pgdf is not worthwhile are only the aspirants who are in the WAITING LIST . Please note it : Merit list candidates will never leave their respective seat except some of the little proportion of whole. करते रहो जी भर के बुराई , सबको पता है सरकारी नौकरी है ।

IDBI got Financial Aid from central government . It is under RBI PCA . We shouldn't join - ADMITTED _________________________________________ SBI also got financial aid from CG. Only ₹2000 crore Less than what IDBI got. We shouldn't also join SBI . Even Will not go to take exam of clerk. _________________________________________ Please don't do brainwash of the selected candidates. __________________________________________ IDBI is the best PSB bank , no doubt.

I wonder, where were these pessimistic persons,when they were constantly posting enquiring about the result declaration,then these people did not make any hue and cry regarding privatization thing and work culture but as soon as they found themselves in waiting list,some of these people started the propaganda so as to dissuade selected candidates from joining.Selected candidates can take the decision on their own whether to join or not,after all they have cleared the test and have the required aptitude.

when is course expected to start?
I am working in pnb as clerk...posted 400 km away from my home in a rural branch...no street light no 4g and frequent loadsheding...have to work in branch 10 am to 7pm on daily basis... date of joining 03/07/2017.i have to wait 2 more years for homeposting and 3 more years to be eligible for promotion..i am satisfied neither with my salary nor with my posting...now i am selected for idbi pgdbf course...should i join it ??i am totally confused.plz suggest frnds.
if anyone get less 40 marks in interview and failed...mine 39 and showing FAILED IN INTERVIEW ??
