SCORED 93.13 IN IBPS PO STILL I WILL WAIT FOR FINAL RESULT HOPE IDBI WILL NOT MAKE EVERY PROCEDURE BEFORE THAT.
For IDBI Manipal school of banking what is the further process ? I want to join in this recruitment.
Some genuine doubts:
1) What if idbi goes private after the candidates join the so called Course
2) Is IDBI acting clever ? bcoz no one will be ready to invest [ nearly 4lakhs (3.5+tax) ] to join a private sector bank...so is Idbi fastening the recruitment before it gets privatised ?
3) when a bank is under PCA(Prompt Corrective Action) it cannot extend its business lines, cannot extend branches & "cannot make large Recruitments (i mean ..now IDBI has selected around 850 candidates which is a big number)"

Is There any changes in work load if IDBI becomes privatisation? What is deference between IDBI po through Manipal school of banking and IBPS po? Is there fee reimbursement like BOB for this Manipal school of banking?
I think privatisation of PSB's is really a bad idea . Bcoz most of PSB's have upper hand in deposits(Accounts) in market compared to a private bank(say Yes/CITI bank - Though banks like CITI bank, which has Internationl reputation and can render better service- but still, they are not able to compete with PSB's only bcoz public is ready to deposit money in PSB than in a private bank....only bcoz PSB's have backing from govt. If PSB's go private it might lead to situation called "Bankrun". Bcoz why would someone want to open/Have an account in privatised Dena/Vijay when banks like Yes /CITI are offering better service. Ultimately it leads to collapse of those banks
i have seen here people talking abt privatization of idbi.. guys let me tell u a few things.. the first is that the number of vacancies are drastically decreasing day by day.. no sbi po yet..u dnt kw ibps po will have 3k,2k or just 1k vacancy.. so whatever opportunity u have join it.. second staying unemployed is far more worse than working in idbi.. u will get 45k around at the end of month which is quite good to keep u happy.. third jaitley himself said that pvt is not an easy task for idbi as there is a lot of asset problem.. also gov would have not infused 10k cr if it was abt to pvt idbi in near future.. what i kw is its quite safe till 2024 in idbi.. ao dnt think abt anything and join.. even if u are paying 4 lac u will get 45k a month which itself is equal to 6 lac per annum.. also u can focus on other xm like grade b nabard etc in these 9 months.. also idbi is doing quit good after it initiated project nishchay.. they have quute good asset quality and are recovering fast.. shares have gone up.. choice is urs.. if not u then someone will take a seat..

Hello guys, first and foremost congrats to all the selected candidates. I wish to tell a few words to the selected candidates. If u are interested join, if u r not don't join it's up to u. But don't create panic in other candidates mind. Now a days unemployment is high in our country, finding any small opportunity is a huge task these days. Based on this IDBI Post is not a small one. And in present days every job has challenge we must be ready to face it. Gone r those days where bank jobs are cool and hasle free. If u lose this opportunity u may or may not get other. I myself rejected axisbank pgdbf and it took me almost three years to find another job in a small cooperative bank. Think wise and candidates who r not interested don't create negative impact and don't discourage others. Wish u all the best.
