hi friends i have done my interview today in hyderabad
reached at venue 11:45 am.waited outside they called 1 o clock inside verification done very smoothly asked 4cv s that should filled with pen degree ,intermediate and ssc certificate caste certificate either idbi format or state issued certificate is enough that should not be one year old.
after verification at 3:55am called me for personnel interview it done over 12 minutes.
there are 4 panel mem m1 one lady ,m2,m3,m4are males
female lead the panel
they asked introduction,family back groud ,native place famous for, which one regulated banking and how many types crop in your district produce from last week any news regarding financial matters ,today news ,about budget and about interests,
thats all about they asked friends overall done very well everyone in the panel satisfied with my answers
guys dont feel panic be confident and do well in interview
more ever skills that you know very well atleast about computer
interest should be hobbies fill resume well they are asking more question from cv
can v mention honesty and team player as our professional strengths/skills in cv?
Hi friends.. I have done my interview today in bengaluru. Panel members were very friendly. they didn't asked me much questions on banking. but they asked some technical questions because am a b.tech graduate. most of the questions were based on certain situvations.
questions asked by them which i remember are:
1. introduce yourself
2.why u r here
3.about my weakness
4.what i have done in past 1 year after idbi exam
5.technical questions
6.about my strengths and they asked me to prove that.
etc..
some questions related to npa and small banks were asked.
so be confident while giving answers.dont panic. all the best guys..
Hllw frnds.I have given my intrvw on 6 in Kolkata panel were very cooperative they asked about banking and share market ,govt schemes and budget related questions . All the best for today's intrvw aspirant's.

Yesterday i appeared for interview at mumbai..all the present candidates were working as a clerk or some all other posts..when I asked why did the come..they simply replied we are not going to join..just enjoy..this is enjoy guys??
Professional strength should be based on graduation or what?

लम्बे समय से मैं ये देखते आ रहा हूँ कि कुछ लोग IDBI बैंक के विषय में बेफालतू की व्यंगात्मक बातें कर रहे हैं जैसे की ये बैंक प्राइवेट हो जाएगा , मर्ज हो जाएगा इत्यादि |
ऐसे लोगों की सबसे जादा भीड़ मुझे इंटरव्यू में देखने को प्राप्त हुई है |
ये ऐसे लोग हैं , जो अपने प्रतिद्वंदियों का मनोबल कम कर के उन्हें पहले से ही मानसिक तौर से कमजोर बना रहे हैं |
ये मुझे स्वयं भी नहीं ज्ञात है कि आने वाला समय इस तथाकथित बैंक के लिए प्रतिकूल होगा या अनुकूल होगा परन्तु मैं वर्तमान में जीने वाला व्यक्ति हूँ , इसलिए इंटरव्यू दे आया हूँ क्युकी अभी तो यह बैंक सरकारी सूची में आता है |
