If someone score only +5 cut off he/ she has any chance if performed good in interview or
if you are selected in any other gov job or u r already working in some other job no mattr even if it is in a clerk position or if u r surw of cracking a job in near future then do not join IDBI. but if idbi is your last hope then do work hard for the terview

I am an IBPS PO VI batch working with Bank of Maharashtra .Let me make certain facts clear IDBI is not a nationalised bank it was created by an act of parliament in 2004. Govt. currently holds 77 percent stake which it is going to bring down to 49 in order to raise the capital as NPA levels in terms of total advances is whopping 24 percent. Management is totally autonomous it merged united western a private bank within itself work culture is pathetic as there is no clerocal cadre.U will find assistant managers sitting on cash...Salary revision is pending since 2012...even last bipartite is not yet signed while other PSBs including SBI are seeking 2017 wage revision IDBI is still getting 2007 wages with Dearness allowance 110% of basic .Basic of new PO is just 14280 in this bank while our basic 23700. POs are noth8ng but salesman in this bank,kindly refrain if u are a clerk with nationalised bank or RRB.For those whom it is only chance go ahead.I filled this form amd got 98.75 but thankfully i got sleceted in IBPS ...in hand salary after loan will be mere 28000.make wise choice...all the best
