hiii today i had gone to deposit 10000 rs. so what i saw an asst manager is sitting on the cash depositing window (he is from ima) and when i gave my deposit slip to him he starts laughing and asking me why do u wanna join dis course i said for being the asst manager .so he told me look at me i m asst manager cum clerk cum sales officer .suddenly i take back my money and return back this incident is in icici,bangalore the guy is from feb 2011 batch.so thing twice............by dis i m also confused...wat to do....and he also told all ima candidate is for sales....for other process thy recruit guys from top bussiness school....and 1 more thing thy recruit sales officer for door to door selling and u have superwise them to sell policy and insurance .
and even in interveiw the interveiwer ask me several tym dat r u ok wth sales job can u do the selling of policies and have u done any sales job.....
@riturajkatiyar dude he is right....during the initial years of your banking career you will have to do all such things(to know all the basics of banking operations),even in psu banks some people have to do all the work starting from clerical level to manager's one......but in icici pressure could be more in comparison to other banks,but once you get promoted these things wont be there.....its upto you if you want to join or not finally :)
will they consider who got call for document verification in second merit list...or else they will hold us till aug batch....
@vishwa1mishra i called them yesterday, n got same update that it will com by 2nd week of april date is nt decided yet ...
@kingsle i dont thnk dat icici s considering final yr students...bcz joining s in may..nd final yr res wl be announced in june........can they cosider final yr students for august batch??
