guzs i got selected in may batch but due to having sales job profile i was not joining. because they are showing the lolipop of asst manager and making us slave for 5 years......specially guzs from engineering background dont join it.........i suggest.....under bond the growth i also vry low.....the suggestion is given to me by(chief manager of icici ) but finally it is in ur nit is in ur hand

@riturajkatiyar mam, if u think that bank will make slave eveybdy those who r going 2 join, thn srry to say if u opt for any other cmpny there also u have to work as slave only. no one will make u a CEO /MD of any cmpny without any experience. everybdy has to start from level 1 only [ be it in IT cmpny as (Assistant system engineer- grade 1) or core cmpany as(Graduate trainee engineer-grade1) or bank industry (Assistant manager grade-1) ] and it takes approx. 4-5 years to reach upto middle management level..
apart from that, if u use 'employee' word instead of 'slave' thn meaning would be much better.

@All we can join on 7 may? cant we? Didnt get any train tickets for the 6th.... And do we need to wear Suits too?? Means initiation will be a formal function ryt??

@roner 7th is good..no prob. you wud b required to wear suits also but i guess formal attire wud be provided by them(as mentioned on their website).
