ofcourse....you will come to see it in some days....because many people will backout....as many just give icici as a backup plan....n if someone gets anything better they go elsewhere,as most people avoid it for this 5 year bond thing n some other drawbacks too

yaeh @nilmachine door to door sales and in branch also... they dont care abt the place where u sell.. they just want the target to b completed anyhow...
sales like opening account, selling gold coins,new policies of bank.. credit/debit card sales etc... u feel like hel bcoz of burden of target and work pressure..
if u hav other option also then go for that dude... rest is ur choice :)

@Rizz23 i told dat..i did'nt get ny gud opportunity in my feild as m biotechnology student nd placement statistics of our college was also nt dat gud so i decided to change my feild nd go in banking sector..coz growth and carrier opportunities are high in bankin sector..a part frm personal view bankin sector is grooming..it provide base to enhance my managerial skill...nd if i am selected 4 icici..my future is secure..
