and if u want reason behind it.. i wanna tell u dear lots of resons behind it yar..
target basis , sales, long working hours, increment only on basis of performanc, n u cnt even leave before 5yrs , submit ur original docs are some of them..
and after 5 years u wont b able to prepar for others bcz age limit...

only who r working in icici knows everything abt it... its not so good as it appears frm outside... so its my reqst to all my frnds here to think twice about it before joining....

@arjun8055 bhai aisa toh nahi hai na ki ICICI mein koi kaam nahi karta... Its the 2nd largest bank in India so u should expect some pressure.... And the pressure depends from person to person... what u might find stressful might be easy for others or vice-verse... Everything is experience.. just soak it in...

@ all i went to icici branch with my friend whu has to submit 10k .... we went to ask about the deposit slip n info etc.... we met a assistant manager thre.... he is last year passout... guys m really sorry to say he cried his heart out about not joining it... i dont knw... m waiting for second list n i really want to join into this... so does my friend....

but the reaction of the manager there was really depressing... he called other two people and they were just supporting him.. n i went to dehradun branch.. this place is not rural its a major city in northwest reigon... still they were crying.. the biggest prblem they told me was the sales job... they said vll nevr b able to relax n severe action is taken on those whu arnt able to meet the impossible targets. n now evry1 will get in sales as everywhre its crowded with pos.. due to thousands of people joining every year.... i dont knw m confused friends guide me thru this. please i really want to join..

@sagar3989 not mch they said it will b notified in the mail... people seleted will b guided .... surprisingly office was opened today.... hardly 4 5 people in entire branch,,, was closed aftr few hours may b..

@arjun8055 Boss 5 yrs bond and submitting original i see a valid point..except that i think u r in a wrong side..
In all industries be it core or IT, working is 10+..target is also there, Project completion pressure is also there..boss ki galiya (take it as a bonus..)
regarding Increment..boss performance matters everywhere..i'm working professional yaar..bhaii kam karna padta hai..
