@kingsle yes buddy it is absolutely true..mostly selected candidate for May batch wrote their Paper on 11,12 nd 13 Feb..nd 2-3 guys in the list who wrote their Apti on 14,15, nd 16 also receivd d selection mail... .

@kingsle buddy relax..u definately have good chances...d'nt loose hope..1 mnth time time span is there for may batch joining..in b/w anythg can happen..

Some important aspects to look for:-
-There's lot to learn in ICICI as compared to other banks. (He said people learn here in ICICI and then move on to Yes bank, HDFC or others!)

-From the technical department- If other banks have 2-3 projects running ICICI has 10-12 at a time so there is always tons of work to be done.
-Employees' have rating system 1-5 (5 being least) addition to this special section is for talent pool and employees are warded hefty bonus as per there rating some time even more than a year's salary. Talent pool people get a huge huge bonus
-Working hours are definitely more as here performance matters!
-Regarding IMA considering OPQ test majority of chunk is selected for branch banking then corporate banking and very few are taken in for technical as in 10-12 of a 300 batch.
-Profile selection mainly depends on performance during first 6 months.
-Working culture in ICICI mainly depends on what kinda boss you get some are good some are bad or worse.
-Switching from one department to other is possible if the requirement is there.
-Lots of room for growth banks principles are strong and determined it takes good care of money so should be doing with employees
-Cons – 5 years commitment! , more working hours.

feb batch stu got their first list on 29th nov 2012
and the second list on 19th Dec 2012
As in our case many who got call dint get selected in first list...
But in the second list those who got call selected mostly

but for feb batch their is a time for 2 months for them dec and january but we have only one month for may batch
