one of my friends works in union bank in India...he told me that work pressure is also there in psu banks but unlike the private banks there are no rigid targets...there can be some targets in psu banks also but unlike private banks if u arent able to achieve them then theres no big issue....and even apart from salary....perks in psu banks are way better than private banks...one thing that goes in favour of pvt banks is the competitive enviroment but it has its own costs associated with it...poor work life balance.....but in a psu bank u can lead a relaxed life as compared to a pvt bank..
P.S-i was selected for icici po feb batch didnt join

I am in a job and working as a project manager. According to my company rules, I cant left the job until the project in hand get completed. And the current project in my hand is expected to complete by the month of june. So, I just want to know if in case i am selected for the may batch thn cn i request icici to shift me to august batch?
