@nick311989 icici as u will not have to stick for one post only that is relationship manager in icici u will have different post at different tym and location.But as per i know kotak won the best employee friendly award in 2011 so it will be a tough call for u i guess and also the brand image???

@nick311989 bro i would suggest...u shud go for kotak....deir po program is much better den icici's...n dere u jus hav a specific role not as in icici.... itz more stable... n main thing your salary keeps on incresnn every year based on performace.... lastly u'll get ur 3 lac investment back....:)

well Koatk and icici both are good brand ....kotak is emerging brightly

and icici is already well established
