n atlast intervw.... general question abt u n ur background.... i don think a kind of preparatn is required for dis... u must be knowing urself n ur background info.....

but i dun knw dat d paper will be dat easy before giving it n i am talking abt the starting time when i came on this forum... n yr if u all knw dat we dun need to prepare den u must made it on the PG lounge or chit chat... will be better

@katiya xam is conducted by merit-trac d same organistan which conducts CAT exam... dey conduct xam n send d resultz of selected to d icici hr...
xam can be of difficult level....but icici wantz maximum candidates to clear d paper...as dey wantz to increase dier manpower...
@deepikarohilla @Junonadi u both r rite... as dere r cases wen a candidate clears d paper n does not get a mail on tym... but icici wont do dis...as selection process is still a complete mess... dere is no proper cutoffz for d writtn paper...dey ask d conductng organistn to send d list of people as per deir requirement...n d way paper, g.d/pi is conducted is already in front of u all....:)
@deepikarohilla @Junonadi oopss..!! i missed 1 thing... most importantly d basis for dividing d candidates into two different batches... frm 1 single xam... wid a gap of 3 months...
3 months seniority makes a lot of differnce in promotions....
n how cn v miss dis thing...may batch people can join d august batch if dey r able to convince the h.r, bt poor august batch people hav no optn bt to join dat very batch....dat too after waiting for 3 months....
