hey i have a QUERY- what if we joined the ICICI PO program and after completing the diploma ==> we'll become PO that means we are in probation period what if after 1 yr they find us not eligible then What option do v have n what r da consequences v had 2 suffer ?

@Raul_aswal until and unless you do any kind of mistake like indulging in activities which prove fatal to the bank(like criminal/fraud...n likewise) you wont be having any problem in joining.....probation is just a period of training,u just need to clear it which isnt a big deal...so you neednt think about this part :)
