Seriously in my group people maked it fish market,one gal was so aggressive c was nt letting ny 1 to speak...nd panelist got angry nd rejected her dere itself..at last he gave 2 mins to every1..out 0f 12...7 of dem were selected...
in PI ques was genral like abt my self,my family bckground,why i want to go 4 banking after b.tech,m i comfortable wid sales...etc
I askd him about sales profile he told me dat its 90% sales job....so m little worried abt dat...
Dear frnds,i had attended my GD/PI in Bangalore on 1 March 2013 ,i wanna share some imp question as well as want to let u know that wat they exactly want. -GD topic was"Competition in childhood-is it good or bad???"but they will not give u the exact topic i.e Gd topic was to tell about" a child who is 3 year old and has given to solve mental mathematics and a six year old child who is preparing for IIT-is it right or wrong???,I have so many words to explain myself regarding this topic..................5 out of 10 was selected....
About PI- - 2 authorities were sitting there(They introduced themselves) aftr that they asked me to tell about myself,why do u want to join Banking sector after being in a technical background??
3rd and last ques gave me a huge shock"This recruitment is for sales,Do u want to work in sales ,can u complete the target a/c to market views. aftr that i asked that sir,this recruitment process is to provide po jobs,so why do u pushing us towards sales and market targets(may be field work).they replied"we are recruiting as per our requirement....................
Last but not least i want to let u know this recrutment is all about sales...............................................
IFBI says that if u do PGDBO, they will place u in icici as an assistant manager!
icici is recruiting for the same by conducting icici po exam......& even they r recruiting those who r full time mba graduates by conducting interviews.......
had my gd-pi on 6th in delhi...it was the worst but yet funniest experience for me....i think people in a fish market will be more civilized and professional than some of those people with whom i participated in the gd...felt a little better when the controller rejected all of them from the group.... Interview round went pretty well...they just asked about my academics, hobbies and few questions related to banking..
the only scary question was, IS SALES A GOOD DEAL WITH YOU?

firstly i want to clear to everyone dat icici is playing with students future.beware friends...i had given examination last year.that time was my intial stage of preparing.i selected for gd/pi.bt unfortunetly i could nt clear gd nd obviously could nt go fr pi.bt the unaccepted thing is that this time gd topic is same as i was given last time.according to this site many selected friends share their gd experience.i shocked that how icici can give same topic nd even all the 4 topic are same.i aiso given this exam bt yet not giving any mail for further selecion process.while my exam was going very well.and also my prepration is on apex and i cleared written of ibps rrb,sbi associates,ibp clerk-2.so beware friends icici ki apni mrzi chal rhi hai.and this is a sales type job not for assistant manager post.they just playing with student's career and theie emotion.

@anisha-_ yes...it happened with me.... i was sitting at the 1st place from left hand side of the controllers in the gd round..and gave my conclusion at last...
gys.. i m wondring tat ... there z a seperate recruitment for sales officer whch ws gng on at the time of my gd/pi date..... thn i dnt thnk po recrtment is totally sales.... ya sales cld be a part of our job.... bt nt fully sales........ so i dnt thnk it nythn wrng if u join dis prgrmm... tats my opinion thgh rest depends on d individuals............@sam10bh plz dnt tell me u didnt get selectd means those who gt selected dnt desrve.. or they simply got selected widout ne reason.as u said apni marzi chal rahi hai.......i wndr if u knw dis prggrm gnna ruin our career they y u keep on giving dis exm.... 😃 .....
