one of us (group of 13 members)started the gd....everyone had to participate...those who cudnt get proper chance were asked to put their opinion at last...then all at a time they announced the qualified candidates.....it was almost aa fair gd

@vishwa1mishra it included present scenario as well as the future prospect.....u just need to speak....i think they chek the fluency of language as well.....in my group of 12.....8 were selected for next pi round

hey i got childhood comp in gd.. also was selected for the interview.. can anybody tell at how many people will they be selecting iin total??
If i do not give my gd pi! Would i still have a chance to give it for the august round
@katiya in gdpi we were 12 members...we were asked to choose one topic out of given 4.we selected demographical dividend...they gave us 3 mints time to thnk n make points for the same topic....then allowed us to start....all started sharing their thoughts.those who cud nt get enough time bcoz of chaos were given seperate chances....means there was fare chance for all to speak....they askd anyone of us to conclude...1 boy concluded....within 2 or 3 minutes they declared the result and askd selected candidates to wait outside....8 students out of 12 were selected
in pi they askd very easy qstns....for me the qstns were...
1.tell me about ur family in detail
2.are u ready to work anywhere in india?
3.do u have any relative in icici bank
4.what do u know about banks in india
5.why banking after btech?
6.what is rbi?what are its functions?
then they gave us a form to sign which was meant for non criminal bkground check....
in pi they askd very easy qstns....for me the qstns were...

@richamangal in gd we were 10 members, they asked us to choose one among the 4 topics.and we chose role of media in democracy then they gave us the topic for gd as "where should be a line drawn for involvement of media in democracy." They gave us 2min tym to prepare ourselves and start the gd. They selected 7 out of them(whoever gave atleast one valid point are selected)
Then i had my Pi in which they asked me the following questions,
1.Native place???
2.qualification and college?
3.What type of job do u prefer??(marketing,finance....)
4.Are you ready to go on field and sale the products??If yes then choose any product of your choice (fire extinguisher,AC,etc..,) and explain how do u market the product, whom do you approach and all ..
5.Asked me whether i had done any such work before like sales in the real market?
6.He then mentioned only 10 % of ICICI bank employees do office work rest all are ppl who work on field.
7. He asked are you ready to relocate ?
8. Ur Father's Annual income?
9.Any relative in ICICI bank??
And finally asked me to leave witha broad smile.... :)
