Hai iam posting my interview Experince on today i.e., 2/3/13,
hyderabad. ICICI bank Limited.
They said its a Case-based GD but its not. its a general GD which happened today.
out of 10 members, only 5 were selected to PI and iam one of them.
In PI, there are two members who interviewed me. they asked me the following questions.
How are you?
why you chose this option in banking?
Tell me about urself?
Are you good at Numbers?(i said yes)
59+27=? ( as iam little bit confused and tensed at this point of time, one person asked 56+29 and other person 57+29 with 20 secs gap... iam confused n stated as 85 as i dont know what to say n which one i have to do n 😞 they said first listen what we are saying then answer .... hahaha oh my god being a btech graduate iam unable to do addition. these interviewers played a game with me. atlast they said, "you said u are good at numbers but didnt able to answer a small addition")
After completion of ur graduation, what are you doing upto now?
Family background?
what is banking?
Are u willing to work anywhere in india?
how many languages do u know?
If we post u in PUNJAB, will u relocate ?
Can you get 100 customers for us to open their accounts in our bank and how will u do that?
will you do a sales job that contains a target for everyday and you have to reach it?
in middle of the interview they asked "we require only 60% in any graduation and we dont reqire 70% in BTech, you are eligible for this job but do u still interested in this job ?"
thats it they said u can leave.
i said thanks for interviewing me and i leftout.
i said all answers which were general and easy.
what are my chances of selection??? as i didnt answer a small addition problem 😞 😞 what does they see in PI inorder to select.?
@Raul_aswal actly my documents were not at a single place.. so i found difficulty in searchng them out... but now i got all of them :)

and for how long ( time duration) the GD and PI took place ?
@bobbyshekar bro the thing is dat u wer nt appearng fr 1st class addmission...so don wrry... dese simple numericals doesnt matter in interview... he notices hw u respond to dem...don be nervous in such situatns rather reply with a cool mind...
actually in a job interview no one expects such questions n wen all of a sudden...they r thrown open to u... u get too much nervious... avoid dose situtns n reply only wen u r sure of d answer....
n abt ur intervw... it went very well... hope u will surely b selected....:)
@bobbyshekar and yes @DILEEP_GULERIYA is absolutely right...da calculation of numbers part is nuts....doesnt matter....HOPEFULLY things r gonna workout right for u

@richamangal hahahaha....gd topic was role of media in democracy...out of 10 only 3 got rejected bcoz they didnt speak anything.....PI normal ques tell me abt yourself....why banking....hw u ll attract customers...nd all.
@richamangal mai toh select hua nahi...fir bhi kuch steps bata deta hu banks mai customers attract karne ke jo helpful ho sakte hai....... 1. offer higher interest on savings accounts & fixed deposits accounts 2. provide discounts on cards ...jaise aap"" i see i see i "" bank ke debit card/credit se aaj 5000 ki shopping kare toh 10% aapko bill pe discount...... 3. loans dene pe process ko facilitate kare... i mean home loans , education loans....ye sab easily avail. karne ki koshish kare. 4. banking works ko jitna ho sake online karwane ki koshish kare.... jaise axis bank ne ye offer kiya hai ki aap cheque book ya draft online order de sakte hai aur wo aapko home delivery ki jayegi..... 5 . customer bank ki priority honi chahiye hamesha.... kuch bhi ho...kaisi bhi situation ho customer ki har tarah se help karna. 6 . jo bhi banks ke customers hai unki family ke baare mai jaane & unke liye bhi banks mai accounts easily banwane ka procedure hona chahiye!!!!! 7. jitne jayda banks & atms honge.... hamare customer ko utini hi privilege milegi....open more atms /bank branches ....... & last but not the least customer kitna bhi moron/morose ho....apna temper kabhi na loose kare 😃 & hamesha help karne ko ready rahe :)
